30 B4 30 #25: The Courage to Start

Did I mention I’ve been reading a book about running slowly?  It’s called The Courage to Start, which is a better and more motivation title than, The Courage to Run in Races Even Though You Will Never Win or Even Place That Well in Your Age Division.  The author started a movement in the running community of what he calls “Penguins”, people who are not running to win, but more for the pleasure of running.  I don’t quite grok yet, but I’m trying.

It’s got me wanting to try another 5K.
